Ofsted Inspection

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to you all for your support during our Ofsted inspection this week. It was a challenging and demanding few days, but it was also the opportunity we had been waiting for – a chance to showcase all of our work and, most importantly, to highlight just how amazing our pupils and students are.

We are incredibly proud of our pupils and students, who conducted themselves with such maturity, positivity and respect throughout the process. They truly did us proud.

Quite rightly, the inspectors held us to account and were rigorous in their scrutiny – as they should be. However, we very much welcomed the opportunity to engage in professional dialogue and to reflect on our ongoing development and ambition as a school.

Thank you also to everyone who took the time to complete the Parent View survey and/or wrote in with messages of support. Your kind words and thoughtful feedback meant a great deal to us and contributed positively to the overall inspection experience.

While I am not yet able to share the outcome of the inspection just yet,  I can say that we were very pleased with the fair, reasonable, supportive and collaborative approach taken by the inspection team.

Please do watch this space – and I will look forward to sharing more detailed news with you once the final report has been published.
