This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Rayleigh Schools Trust as Chief Executive Officer and serve as Headteacher of The Sweyne Park School, a highly regarded and inclusive all-through Trust in Essex. Responsible for setting the strategic vision, ensuring outstanding educational standards, and safeguarding pupils and staff, the successful candidate will drive excellence across both The Sweyne Park School and Glebe Primary School.
The CEO/Headteacher will lead the sustainable growth and development of the Trust—supporting due diligence, building strong partnerships, and positioning the Trust for future expansion. Working closely with Trustees and senior leaders, the CEO/Headteacher will champion high-quality teaching, strong community partnerships, financial sustainability, and continuous improvement, building on the Trust’s proud ethos of respect, aspiration and character education.
