Ex-students should contact the school main reception, during school opening hours, to arrange collection.
Should a student be unable to collect in person, they must email or write a letter addressed to Mrs Johnson, Examinations Officer,
email address: wjohnson@sweynepark.com authorising a named adult, to collect on their behalf. Without prior authorisation from the student, the certificates cannot be handed over.
Uncollected certificates are held by the school for up to 1 year, before secure disposal.
Replacement certificates can be applied for, through the relevant examination board for a fee. The fees vary by examination board and costing from £50 per certificate.
