The Sweyne Park School is a larger than average mixed, 11-19 comprehensive school in Rayleigh, Essex.  It is the lead school in the Rayleigh Schools Trust and works with a local primary school, providing a 3 – 19 educational experience for the community.

 

Our School is highly inclusive and has a Resource Base for Deaf Pupils.  There is a very strong ethos of respect and the school is deeply committed to ensuring all members of the school community learn and develop.  There are extensive opportunities for professional development and all staff are encouraged to contribute to the progress of the school through professional dialogue and engagement in workshops and meetings.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher of Geography to join our team.  The successful applicant will have excellent subject knowledge, and the ability to teach across Key Stages 3, 4 & 5.  They will inspire all pupils to engage in learning and to participate in both the core and extra-curricular based activities.
