What clubs are there?

There are lots of clubs and activities to satisfy most hobbies and interests. Pupils are encouraged to get involved, develop new skills, and improve their schoolwork and to make new friends.

We have a special programmme scheme which runs after school. Details are published each term. You can do lots of PE, Music or Drama activities as well as many other things such as film making, photography or printing. Everyone is urged to Activ8 StayL8.

In some of the clubs, such as maths club, you just go along to get extra support and keep up with your classwork or home learning, or you can go along for some fun activities connected with the subject. There are also lots of opportunities to take part in school plays, productions and concerts. Prefects often help with clubs.

Home Learning Club really helps you to get used to coping with home learning. They take place lunchtime and every night after school in the library, members of staff are at hand to support you.

At clubs you meet lots of different pupils and make friends from other classes.
