What do I do if ...?

my child is ill and cannot attend school ?
   
 
Please telephone school and inform Pupil Services.
Please write a note explaining absence on your child’s return to school.

my child has a dental/medical appointment during the school day ?
   
 
Please write a note detailing what time your child needs to leave school (this can be a note in the pupil planner). Your child needs to sign out at Pupil Services before leaving school.

I am concerned about my child’s progress ?
   
 
Please write a note in your child’s planner to the tutor or telephone the tutor or Head of Year.

I am concerned about my child’s health / well-being / friendship group ?
   
 
Please contact the Head of Year

I would like to talk to my child’s tutor / teacher / Head of Year ?
   
 
Please telephone the school and ask to speak to them. A message will be taken and the member of staff will call back as soon as they can.

Telephone the school to make an appointment or visit without an appointment any day between  9am & 9.45am or Thursday between 5pm and 5.45pm.
